Gotion High-tech recently announced that the company has completed the construction of its first pilot line for all-solid-state batteries, with a designed capacity of 0.2 GWh. The company stated that it is currently optimizing equipment processes and has initiated the design work for the first-generation mass production line of 2 GWh all-solid-state batteries. According to relevant personnel in charge, the energy density of the solid-state battery sample reaches 350 Wh/kg, with a single cell capacity of 70 Ah, and the system energy density can reach 280 Wh/kg, providing support for new energy vehicles (NEVs) to achieve a driving range of 1,000 kilometers. Currently, the all-solid-state batteries have already undergone vehicle installation tests.
